Cancellation policy

We are unable to refund bookings cancelled later than 30 days in advance of your booking start date. Cancellations requested after this time may be given credit to use for an alternative product at a different date. The decision to give, or not to give, store credit will be decided by Rent and Rotate. We reserve the right not to give reason when making this decision.

Any credit given under these circumstances must be used within 6 months of the initial agreed rental start date. After this period they will no longer be valid, unless this has been agreed with ourselves.

Appointment booking fees are non-refundable.  It is possible to swap your appointment date/time up to 24hrs prior to the initial appointment booking. Appointments will only be allowed to reschedule once, after this the £15 will be charged again.

Try it on service

We provide a try on service in Lisbane, Northern Ireland. This service is provided by appointment only, via our booking system on our website rentandrotate.com.

Appointments are subject to availability of the dress. If you wish to try a particular garment, we advise to state the name of the item and the date you wish to rent in your appointment booking form. Paid rentals will be given priority of availability over try on appointments.

Rent and rotate hold the right to decline try on services. If the dress becomes booked for a paid rental over the try on date, then Rent and Rotate reserve the right to postpone try on arrangements.

If you damage an item at a try on appointment, Rent and Rotate reserve the right to charge for repairs or for a replacement, by booking an appointment you agree to these terms. Rent and Rotate reserve the right to decide if the damage is repairable or has deemed the dress unrepairable. Rent and Rotate reserve the right to decide what value is charged, up to the RRP (as stated on our website) for the damaged item.

Payment & deposits.

Full payment is required to secure the dress for your dates. You will need to provide a deposit of at least £40 when you collect your dress, either on collection or prior to it being shipped to you. For our premium range this can be a larger deposit of up to £150.

If there are no damages and the dress is returned on time, your deposit will be fully refunded within 30 working days of your rental end date. Deposits are refunded subject to inspection on return. It can take up to 30 working days for a deposit refund to be processed, this is to allow time to liaise with repair and cleaning specialists.

Quality assurance

In the rare chance that you feel there is an issue with the quality of your rental, this must be reported within the first 12hrs of collection of your hire, or 12hrs from successful delivery for shipped rentals (as per the delivery time stated on the tracking information of your rental). This is to ensure that damage has not occurred whilst in your possession. If you report any damages after this period Rent and Rotate reserve the right to refuse to refund your rental payment. If Rent and Rotate deem the damage to have been made whilst in your possession, Rent and Rotate reserve the right to charge you up to the RRP of dress. This must be paid within 30 days of the rental start date.
